"We can and do get anything our customers need," explains Caine. "We
buy metals from many domestic mills, as well as from sources throughout the
world - including Canada, Russia, Italy, and Germany. We strive to deal only
with the best producers to ensure our customers' needs are fulfilled. As a
specialty metals distributor, we do more than just deliver the goods. We can
help define a company's needs, advise them on purchases, help control their
inventory and logistics, deliver on time, and absolutely stand by the order. We
continuously review our processes and offer cost savings ideas to improve our

ICI Metals received its first ISO
9001:2000 registration on January 19,2009.
On February 8, 2010 we received
recognition for our registration for ISO 9001:2008.

Beginning in April of 2008 ICI Metals made the decision to pursue
Registration into ISO 9001:2000. This Quality Management system is set up for
any organization which designs, develops, manufactures, installs and/or
services any product or provides any form of service. ISO 9001:2008 outlines a
number of requirements which an organization needs to fulfill if it is to
achieve customer satisfaction through consistent products and services which
meet customer expectations. It includes a requirement for the continual
improvement of the Quality Management system.
Becoming ISO 9001:2008
registered provides ICI Metals with many benefits. With the QMS in place and
working for ICI Metals, the organization is focused towards the Quality Goals.
Management is provided with data on a continual basis and able to see progress
or lack of progress towards goals and take appropriate action. The organized,
scheduled process of conducting Management Review ensures that this evaluation
takes place. It provides the mechanism of reviewing goals and performance
against goals on a scheduled basis, and for taking action based on the
evaluation.

Metals has been recognized by industry leaders and customers alike for living
up to its mission statement. Plaques given by satisfied customers attesting to
ICI's excellent service standards line their Strongsville, Ohio office walls.
ICI is such a standout as a young company, National City Bank nominated them
for "The Leading EDGE Award." Out of over 1,000 qualified nominees, this award
for Economic Development through Growth & Entrepreneurship is given to only
101 Northeast Ohio companies for having created the most value for themselves
and the region.
